Grey Eagle Resort & Casino stands at 3777 Grey Eagle Drive, Tsuut'ina, Alberta, T3E 3X8. The hotel uses 3779 and the Event Centre 3775 on the same drive. The site is on Tsuut'ina Nation reserve land at Calgary's southwest edge. It is one of six Host First Nation casinos in Alberta.

The Tsuut'ina Nation owns and operates it, with Tsuu T'ina Hospitality Ltd. as the operating company. Its designated licensed charity is Dit'onik'odza Charities Ltd. Grey Eagle Casino opened in 2007, and an expansion including a hotel began in 2012. Under Alberta's model, 40% of revenue from government-owned slot machines at First Nations casinos goes to the First Nations Development Fund.
